About the position

The Marketing Director at The Peach Cobbler Factory will lead marketing efforts for a franchise company with over 100 locations. This role is pivotal in expanding the brand's presence and outreach through comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on social media management, collaboration across departments, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all social media efforts, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to build brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Use market research and consumer insights to identify brand expansion opportunities and guide product innovation.
  • Develop, oversee and track marketing campaigns on new product launches, promotional initiatives, and loyalty programs; manage weekly, monthly, yearly content schedule.
  • Provide strategic support to franchisees, helping them implement brand standards, marketing campaigns, and best practices.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics via Hyperlocology to assess marketing effectiveness and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven track record in a Director level marketing role developing, launching, and managing brand initiatives and long term marketing strategies.
  • 2+ Years of data-driven Marketing experience.
  • 2+ Years of project management experience.
  • Experience with multi unit restaurants and franchising is a huge plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management ideally in the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience with franchise systems, franchise operations and marketing support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach to driving brand growth and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, analytics software, and CRM systems.
