Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Create compelling copy for various marketing channels, including print advertising, email marketing, and digital content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Lead the marketing team in brainstorming sessions, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in WordPress for managing website content and updates.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in print advertising strategies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research findings.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving collaborative efforts.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
