As the Marketing Director at our professional services organization, you will be instrumental in driving various marketing initiatives that align with the company's culture and vision. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including conducting market research, creating pitch materials, preparing presentations, and responding to proposal requests. You will also manage content across multiple platforms, oversee communications, and coordinate events and sponsorships that promote the organization’s brand and values. In this hybrid work model, you will collaborate with different practice groups to understand the organization’s priorities and assist with client development projects. Your efforts will be crucial in enhancing the company’s visibility and engagement with potential clients. You will be expected to lead discussions in Marketing Committee meetings, prepare sophisticated pitches and RFP responses, and ensure that all marketing materials maintain a high standard of quality and consistency. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the marketing budget, planning and implementing company events, and providing training related to events and sponsorships to the client development team.
