About the position

The Director of Marketing at Capital Vacations is responsible for leading marketing efforts in the Branson, Missouri market. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing team in Branson, Missouri, focusing on generating qualified tours for the sales team through effective OPC and in-house marketing programs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective clients and drive traffic to sales centers.
  • Oversee and optimize OPC programs, including staffing, training, and performance management of OPC agents, ensuring a high level of engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring consistent communication and smooth coordination between marketing and sales operations.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the timeshare or vacation ownership industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of OPC marketing strategies and in-house marketing operations.
  • Proven ability to drive tour generation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
