Responsibilities

  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create advertising sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns using marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media marketing platforms and advertising sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation.
  • Proficiency in WordPress for website management and updates.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for design-related tasks is highly desirable.
