The Marketing and Sales Director position at Aegis of Greenwood is a pivotal role that focuses on driving sales and marketing efforts to attract future residents to the community. This role requires a blend of strategic marketing, community outreach, and sales expertise to effectively promote the community's offerings and enhance its visibility in the local area. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating all sales-related activities for the property. This includes developing and executing community events aimed at increasing awareness and engagement with potential residents and their families. You will conduct outreach to local communities, build relationships with referral partners such as physicians and hospitals, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of service excellence that Aegis Living is known for. Your ability to connect with people and your sales acumen will be crucial in making a positive impact on the lives of others every day. Responsibilities

  • Implement and coordinate all property sales related activities.
  • Develop and implement community events to increase awareness of the property.
  • Conduct outreach to the local area to prospective residents, resident family members, and community leadership.
  • Build referral partner relationships with local physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community leaders.
  • Deliver service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Sales background in cold calling, community relations, special events, and networking.
  • Experience in a service-related industry, with hospitality or healthcare sales experience being a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally for functions and networking events.
  • Willingness to take a 2-step TB test.
