In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that not only enhance our market presence but also drive lead generation and customer engagement. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and solutions across target markets, leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, and managing the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. You will also conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, oversee the development of marketing collateral, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our marketing efforts. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices will be essential to drive innovation and maintain our competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products and solutions across target markets.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, tradeshows, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and product roadmap.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively while allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including sales materials, product documentation, and promotional content.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in technology or security industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
• Experience with planning, designing, and execution of industry tradeshows.
• Web design experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
