About the position

The Director of Marketing at Lowe's Pro Supply is a pivotal leadership role focused on developing and executing data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention. This position requires collaboration with various business partners to enhance brand awareness and drive sales through omni-channel marketing initiatives. The Director will lead a team of marketing professionals, providing strategic insights and overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns that align with the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver modern, data-driven strategic acquisition and retention strategies to attract new customers and engage existing customers.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on MRO customer segments and provide ongoing strategic thought leadership.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies based on customer value and competitive actions.
  • Work cross-functionally to leverage broader Lowe's marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and champion continuous improvement opportunities in customer marketing.
  • Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering engagement and productivity.
  • Create and activate the annual marketing calendar in partnership with Merchandising, Operations, and Sales.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of marketing programs against goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of brand or integrated marketing leadership experience for consumer brands or retail.
  • 3+ years of strong business acumen and analytic skills, utilizing consumer insights to build brand experiences.
  • 5+ years of experience leading brand marketing teams.
  • 5+ years of category management or product marketing experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data-enabled personalization in marketing campaigns.
