About the position

We are a growing progressive Medical Group in Orange County looking for an exclusive Workers' Compensation Business Development and Marketing Professional, whose focus is in Physician Recruitment for Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and Subsequent Injuries Benefit Trusts Fund (SIBTF) Services. This position is designed for someone who has a strong background in the Workers' Compensation Med-Legal field, with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and manage professional social media campaigns effectively. This role can be part-time to full-time, providing flexibility in working hours while contributing to the growth of our organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Oversee the execution of SEO, social media, and multichannel marketing campaigns to optimize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools to create compelling content and visuals.
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts and ROI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the Workers' Compensation Med-Legal field.
• Proven ability to create and manage professional social media campaigns.
