About the position

The Director of Marketing at Colder Products Company (CPC) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth. This role involves leading the marketing communications team, mentoring managers, and ensuring effective campaign delivery across various segments. The director will collaborate with multiple departments to align marketing efforts with corporate goals and market demands, while also managing change and fostering innovation within the marketing function.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support business strategies with brand decisions, message development, and campaign design.
  • Translate strategy into actionable and effective marketing activities.
  • Partner with corporate marketing leadership to align with corporate brand and goals.
  • Direct marketing strategy across digital channels, events, and print to amplify brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Inside Sales, and field Sales to develop relevant content and activities that accelerate sales cycles.
  • Manage change that drives team growth, market expansion, and regional representation.
  • Champion results and budget tracking, measurement, and reporting in collaboration with Marketing Operations and Finance.
  • Partner with internal marketing services and external agency partners to execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive responsibility managing global B2B marketing teams and partner agencies in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing integrated marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Creative storyteller with a practiced eye for design and messaging.
  • Established reputation for planning, metric development, analysis, and project management.
  • Skilled in brand advocacy and influencing change.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with a content portfolio.
  • Familiarity with CRM functionality and project management software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
