About the position

The Director of Marketing at CPC Colder Products Company is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth. Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads the marketing communications team, ensuring effective campaigns that resonate with customers and prospects. The director also mentors team members, collaborates with various departments, and manages change to achieve operational excellence and innovation in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead the marketing communications team to deliver effective campaigns.
• Build customer personas and create compelling content across various channels.
• Collaborate with product managers, sales, and customer service to enhance marketing efforts.
• Manage change and drive team growth and market expansion.
• Oversee budget tracking, measurement, and reporting of marketing initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external resources to execute marketing plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing global B2B marketing teams in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in establishing integrated marketing strategies and tactics.
• Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and messaging.
• Experience in planning, metric development, analysis, and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
