In this role, the Marketing Director will develop and execute direct response marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation and customer acquisition. The candidate will create compelling content, such as free guides, to attract and convert prospects into leads. Analyzing campaign performance metrics will be essential, as the Director will need to adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI). Additionally, the Marketing Director will manage a team, including an event coordinator, to support marketing initiatives and ensure the seamless execution of seminars and events. Collaboration with senior leadership is key to aligning marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals. The Marketing Director will also be responsible for monitoring and managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
