About the position

As the Marketing Director at Bretz RV, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and leading initiatives that drive business growth across our six dealerships located in Montana, Idaho, and Washington. This position is ideal for a Senior Marketing Leader who is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys travel, as you will be involved in various community-minded events and trade shows that align with our brand's mission. Your leadership will guide a team that includes a marketing manager, several marketing specialists, and a videographer, ensuring that all marketing efforts are cohesive and effective. Your primary responsibilities will include the alignment and standardization of Bretz's online and social marketing collateral and campaigns. You will be tasked with planning and executing our brand's presence at regional trade shows and events, which are crucial for enhancing our visibility and engagement with potential customers. Additionally, you will focus on improving our conversion rates and audience engagement across social media platforms, leveraging innovative strategies to expand our brand awareness in the seven markets we serve. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in sales, finance, IT, and operations to ensure that marketing initiatives are well-integrated and support the overall business objectives. Your innovative and strategic thinking will be essential in developing community-focused events that resonate with our target audience and enhance our brand's reputation in the market. Responsibilities
