About the position
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives aimed at increasing the sales and profitability of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with various teams, and overseeing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Developing a long-term plan for the development of the organization's brand
- Working closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to create advertising campaigns and promotions
- Understanding and managing budgets for marketing research to inform marketing strategies
- Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end
- Attending meetings, marketing events, and conferences
- Managing relationships with corporate partners
- Overseeing the implementation of brand marketing campaigns
- Communicating the marketing plan with marketing managers
- Coordinating all media contacts to ensure consistent print and digital coverage
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in marketing (preferred)
