About the position

The Marketing Director will lead the North American Marketing Department in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth for the North American market. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical, and leadership skills to oversee all marketing initiatives, including event planning, digital marketing, content creation, and market research. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing a successful marketing department and driving measurable results. The responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with 4flow's business goals. The Marketing Director will conduct competitive analyses and market research to identify new opportunities and target markets. Setting clear, measurable goals and KPIs for the North American marketing team is essential, as is acting as an interface to the global marketing team by aligning North American marketing activities with global initiatives and campaigns. The role also involves adjusting global marketing assets and best practices to fit the North American market. Budget creation and management are critical components of this position, including monitoring expenses and providing regular financial reports to the executive team. The Marketing Director will create an annual event calendar that includes both internal and external events, leading the marketing team to successfully execute these events. Oversight of content creation is also a key responsibility, ensuring consistent messaging across all North American marketing materials and channels in line with the global brand identity and messaging. Digital marketing and campaign management will be a significant focus, including creating, developing, and executing effective digital marketing strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns, such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing. Brand management and positioning of 4flow in the North American market will be essential, as will identifying and developing strategic partnerships and collaborations. The Marketing Director will build out, lead, and manage a team of marketing professionals while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience marketing services and/or software in a business-to-business environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce preferred).
