Lava Automation is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and manage the company's marketing strategy and communications. This key leadership role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns that elevate Lava Automation's brand presence, attract new clients, and promote our services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a passion for driving results, a deep understanding of the insurance or tech industries, and a hands-on approach to building and managing marketing initiatives. In this role, you will create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to strengthen Lava Automation's brand identity and promote our services through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media. You will lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals, target audience, and messaging. Monitoring performance and making data-driven adjustments will be essential to your success. You will oversee the development of marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and other collateral that highlight the value of Lava Automation's services. Collaborating with the sales team, you will develop and refine lead generation strategies, utilizing tools like CRM systems to track and nurture prospects. Additionally, you will work closely with the customer success team to ensure marketing efforts support client satisfaction and retention, developing strategies to communicate Lava Automation's value through case studies, testimonials, and client stories. Managing Lava Automation's online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and content distribution, will be part of your responsibilities to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone. Regularly reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools will allow you to provide reports and recommendations to optimize performance. You will also develop and implement marketing programs that address brand awareness gaps and educate potential clients on the value of our services, ensuring alignment with internal goals and consistency across all departments. Mentoring and supporting junior marketing team members will be crucial in helping them grow their skills and align with the company's overall marketing vision.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing successful marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with marketing and CRM tools like Slack, Zoom, Keap, and Google Drive.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
