About the position

We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our team at Patton Creative Group, a branding and communications agency that combines data, technology, and strategy to deliver exceptional marketing solutions to our clients. The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in managing brand strategy, market impact, and marketing spend, overseeing all aspects from conception to production to implementation. This position requires a strategic thinker who can operate at a high level while also being detail-oriented and hands-on in executing marketing deliverables. In this role, you will strategize and envision new marketing campaigns that not only advance the Patton Creative Group brand but also enhance our clients' brands. You will oversee the creation and execution of digital and print content, manage website operations, and lead public relations initiatives. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with creative, digital, account management, and events teams to ensure cohesive execution of all marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and sales initiatives for both internal and client-facing stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, campaign performance, and strategic vision. Maintaining strong client relationships is essential, as you will identify opportunities for additional services and growth within each account. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing competing projects while working with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and envision new marketing campaigns, focusing on advancing both the PCG brand and clients' brands.
  • Oversee digital and print content creation and execution, website management, and PR initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, digital, account management, and events teams to ensure cohesive execution of all marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and sales initiatives for internal and client-facing stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and campaign performance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services and growth within each account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 7+ years relevant experience working in an agency-style environment, with 5 years leading a team of content creators.
  • Proven success in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, SEO/SEM.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Squarespace, Wordpress, YouTube Studio, and Canva.
