About the position

The Marketing Director at Wellington Rehabilitation Center is responsible for driving the growth and success of the facility through effective marketing and outreach strategies. This role focuses on building relationships with local communities and healthcare providers, managing the facility's brand presence, and ensuring a seamless admissions process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and excellent communication skills to connect with prospective residents and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive admissions and occupancy growth.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive within the SNF industry.
  • Create, monitor, and manage the marketing budget.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local hospitals, physicians, social workers, and community organizations to establish referral sources.
  • Attend networking events, healthcare fairs, and community meetings to promote the facility's offerings.
  • Coordinate and participate in facility events to foster a positive community presence.
  • Maintain a consistent brand message across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Develop compelling content for digital marketing, social media, newsletters, and print materials.
  • Work with external vendors on advertisements, graphic design, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless admissions process.
  • Assist prospective residents and their families in understanding the facility's offerings and services.
  • Monitor and report on referral conversion rates and lead tracking.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators related to occupancy rates, admissions, and referrals.
  • Report on marketing and outreach activities to senior leadership and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in healthcare or senior living.
  • Proven track record of success in building partnerships and driving growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the skilled nursing or long-term care industry.
