About the position

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and drive growth for the company. In this role, you will oversee all marketing initiatives, develop comprehensive strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. You will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that drive engagement, elevate our brand, and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to ensure cohesive and effective execution of campaigns
• Oversee content creation, digital marketing, social media, advertising, and public relations efforts to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to optimize marketing strategies
• Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, and content strategy
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Ability to develop creative and data-driven strategies to achieve business goals
