About the position

Our commercial real estate client is looking for a Marketing Director to join their team in a full-time capacity! You will lead the strategy and execution for shopping center marketing, community, and public relations programs across a portfolio of properties. The team is open to candidates who currently sit in a Marketing Manager role but have had autonomy within strategy and are ready to take the next step. This role is ONSITE in Atlanta. The position includes salary, bonus, and stock options.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-site events, including all advertising, community partnerships, logistics, permitting and success metrics
• Create and manage all content for the website (WordPress), print/digital ad campaigns, on-site signage, and email campaigns (MailChimp)
• Delegate design work and social/digital work to external resources
• Partner with current tenants, specialty leasing, property management to support their goals with marketing initiatives
• Manage Marketing budget

Requirements

• Retail industry experience
• Corporate strategy background as related to event planning
• Comes from a Marketing background where you've had autonomy in and want to wear a lot of hats (marketing, advertising, social media, event planning, sponsorships)
• Local to the Atlanta market
