About the position

As the Marketing Email Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and driving revenue through strategic email marketing initiatives. This position involves overseeing the entire email marketing lifecycle, from conceptualizing and executing campaigns to analyzing and optimizing their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Create and manage email calendars and promotional schedules.
  • Design and develop engaging email templates using HTML and CSS.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing email content.
  • Ensure email templates are optimized for mobile and desktop devices.
  • Utilize email marketing automation tools to create and manage automated email workflows, including welcome emails, abandoned cart emails, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies to optimize email performance.
  • Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria.
  • Develop targeted email campaigns to specific segments.
  • Monitor email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Maintain accurate email records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management, automation, and analytics.
