About the position

KPMG is seeking a Marketing & Enablement Manager to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization. This role is pivotal in developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies and materials aimed at driving Member Firm adoption, engagement, and growth. The successful candidate will manage and drive cross-functional enablement plans, collaborating with various functions to identify needs and develop adoption materials and programs. This position requires a strong analytical mindset to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and enablement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments to achieve adoption targets. Engaging and coordinating with key stakeholders across the organization is essential to gather insights and align priorities for marketing and enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent experience in marketing, enablement, or a similar role, preferably within B2B or professional services industries. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field is required. The candidate should possess experience in creating and executing effective marketing and enablement programs, as well as conducting customer needs assessments to inform these programs. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are crucial, as is the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights to inform marketing and enablement strategies, optimize performance, and drive business impact are also necessary. Proficiency in enablement technologies, such as CRM systems, is expected. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, along with strong project management and organizational skills, will enable the candidate to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements
