About the position

The Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing the organization's outreach and enrollment efforts. This part-time position focuses on engaging new customers and providing exceptional service to existing members through various marketing strategies, social media engagement, and direct communication. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and passionate about marketing and customer service, working closely with management to achieve enrollment goals and foster a vibrant community of students and families.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and posting social media content across platforms.
  • Support email marketing campaigns by crafting messages, tracking engagement, and analyzing results.
  • Help create and distribute promotional materials in the community, coordinating with printing vendors.
  • Manage in-house displays through various marketing touch points.
  • Identify and coordinate marketing and advertising efforts and partnership opportunities in the community.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide information about programs, schedules, and registration procedures.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales goals.
  • Assist in processing enrollments and maintaining enrollment databases accurately.
  • Provide administrative and program support, including taking attendance and preparing materials for classes.
  • Maintain a clean, professional work environment.
  • Create show playbills and coordinate with printing vendors.
  • Engage with customers through community events and assist with logistics for events and marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on enrollment, social media engagement, and campaign results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Available mid/late morning to evenings and some weekends as needed for events.
  • Must have own car and be able to work in both Cedar Grove and Glen Rock locations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Interest or background in performing arts or education.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Monday.com.
