Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media and marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation and set-up/break-down.
  • Prepare CRM and client engagements, pre and post event.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for events.
  • Organize, enter CRM data, calendar management, and follow-ups post events for the team.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations during the event.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in marketing or event coordination.
  • Proficient in content marketing strategies and execution.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Sales acumen to drive attendance and engagement at events.
  • Familiarity with advertising techniques to enhance event visibility.
  • Experience in product management related to event offerings or services.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve future events.
  • Expertise in social media marketing to effectively promote events across platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
