About the position

The Marketing Events Manager & Operations Specialist at ReminderMedia is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all trade shows and events. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through both in-person and virtual events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. This is a hybrid position requiring reliable transportation to the King of Prussia headquarters one day per week, with occasional company-paid travel to events.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage projects using internal system (Wrike) and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor and provide updates across departments and stakeholders.
• Create and update annual event marketing strategy, budgeting, and project blueprints to ensure effective project completion.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, business operations, business intelligence, and client success to support business initiatives.
• Research, negotiate, and schedule all event/trade show activities based on budget and management goals.
• Coordinate trade show logistics for staff, including transportation and lodging, and ensure assets are on-site for setup and tear-down.
• Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and engage target audiences.
• Develop relationships with staff, customers, vendors, and industry representatives.
• Manage and maintain affiliate relationships to drive leads and sales through affiliate partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in event management.
• Reliable transportation to and from King of Prussia, PA one day per week and occasional travel within the US.
• High-school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
