Responsibilities
- Assists our Operations teams with marketing activities relating to Onsite Dental clients
- Implements on-site promotional campaigns, health fairs, café visits, and patient surveys in collaboration with the Operations Team
- Solicits information for and helps draft newsletters for patients, clients, and internal teams
- Contributes to a great team environment, fostering high integrity, highly productive and fun relationships, both internally and externally
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels and departments, both internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Front office/back office dental experience is preferred
- College Degree
- Travel required in assigned territory; paid mileage
