As a Marketing Events Coordinator at Baker Hughes, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating Cordant Solutions' participation in conferences and tradeshows on a global scale. This position encompasses the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and post-event analysis. You will collaborate closely with regional leaders, stakeholders, Product Marketing, and Communications to ensure that Cordant TM Solutions is represented effectively through presentations, exhibitions, and sponsorships. Additionally, you will support internally hosted events with marketing and demand generation efforts, coordinate webinars—both internally hosted and in partnership with external vendors—and facilitate internal Client Advisory Council meetings. Your responsibilities will include driving the development of an annual events plan, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors to gather and manage essential details such as audience profiles, themes, timings, budgets, goals, and team roles for each event. You will manage all aspects of event execution, which includes reviewing and recommending sponsorship options, booth selection, design and setup, lead capture processes, securing speaking opportunities, and managing registrations for staff. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Communications, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging, content, and sales strategies for each event. Onsite at events, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that everything aligns with the company's standards and runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for establishing consistent lead capture and follow-up processes for each event, coordinating post-event debriefs with stakeholders, and producing summaries that include insights and recommendations for future participation. Furthermore, you will set up and execute webinars from start to finish, coordinating with presenters and preparing the webinar delivery platform, as well as driving the logistics for internally hosted Client Advisory Council meetings.
