About the position

As a Marketing Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in achieving their goals. This entry-level position involves assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, managing schedules, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and gain valuable experience in the marketing industry, while performing administrative duties in assistance to the Marketing Director and CFO.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Manage schedules and coordinate with various departments
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for executives
• Conduct market research and analyze data
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Assist with social media (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter) and create content
• Utilize good customer service
• Run errands
• Problem solve

Requirements

• High School degree
• Customer service background preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in event planning and coordination
• Experience in marketing drives and social media
• Ability to keep track of multiple steps, projects, and timelines
• Ability to create and edit graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
