Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns and article writing for marketing purposes.
• Create digital assets, advertisements, and social media content.
• Write and edit copy, including titles and descriptions for various platforms.
• Identify content and strategy opportunities for Kingston to explore.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and developments in the kitchen and bath space.
• Analyze competitors' strategies and connect insights to Kingston's brand growth.
• Learn and utilize digital tools and systems to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams to complete projects.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze marketing metrics to understand KPIs and identify patterns.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of marketing experience.
• Preferred marketing-related higher education (degree or class experience).
• Strong eye for design and graphic design experience.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, adaptable to various platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and social media scheduling platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of home improvement, interior design, or plumbing.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Create Suite, Hubspot, Canva, SEMrush.
