About the position

The Marketing & Facility Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting clinical and administrative teams to ensure the smooth continuation of patient care. This position is responsible for leading marketing efforts for providers and services, focusing on service line marketing coordination, process improvement, and enhancing patient satisfaction. The coordinator will engage with referring providers, manage marketing materials, and maintain the appearance and functionality of the facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team focused on the delivery of high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
  • Market to referring providers and groups, visiting each office at least 4 times per year.
  • Provide marketing materials and assistance to improve the patient referral process.
  • Maintain the marketing excel workbook and update it daily.
  • Participate in marketing events, health fairs, and referring provider open houses.
  • Communicate and educate the target audience regarding screening colonoscopy and other pertinent services at events.
  • Update referring provider information and communicate with appropriate team members in a timely manner.
  • Order marketing materials as needed.
  • Maintain the appearance of each office, including upfit recommendations, repairs, cleanliness, organization, and equipment needs.
  • Uphold the CDHA mission by contributing to organizational goals and promoting teamwork for the benefit of patients.
  • Adhere to all industry standards related to infection control, patient confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • One year of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
