About the position

The Marketing Fulfillment and Customer Service Coordinator at Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives through the fulfillment of promotional materials and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing guest inquiries, particularly regarding the VIP points program, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders and ensure accurate distribution of marketing materials, including 'Be Our Guest' cards, postcards, check presenters, and other collateral.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer service inquiries related to VIP points, loyalty programs, and other guest feedback.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to guests via phone and email, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback with finesse.
  • Ensure that all communications maintain the highest standards of guest service and professionalism.
  • Manage uniform requests and orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and guest relations teams to support additional projects as required.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and gracefully.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service, with a preference for experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet urgent needs.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing materials and collateral is a plus.
  • Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.
