About the position

As a Junior Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer at our established East Coast Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts through creative graphic design and effective social media management. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and print collateral. Additionally, you will assist in the production and editing of video content for marketing campaigns, which includes promotional videos, tutorials, and social media content. In this role, you will also manage and update our social media platforms, ensuring that we engage our audience with compelling content. You will monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize our campaigns effectively. Organizational skills are essential, as you will maintain organized records of marketing materials, campaign schedules, and project timelines. You will assist in coordinating marketing events and activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your writing skills will come into play as you develop engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and other marketing materials. Furthermore, you will support the public relations team by creating press releases, media kits, and maintaining media contact lists, as well as assisting in organizing PR events and outreach efforts. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and error-free content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
