The Marketing Graphic Designer I position at Perkins Eastman is a full-time role based in New York, NY, that combines graphic design expertise with marketing communication skills. The role involves creating compelling materials in both print and digital formats to effectively communicate the firm's capabilities and enhance its brand presence. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within the marketing department and across various teams, contributing to the procurement process and supporting business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement Perkins Eastman's Human by Design graphic standards.
• Collaborate with the Architectural and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop contemporary, innovative graphic design ideas and create iterations of offerings.
• Coordinate and deliver content for various platforms including print and digital media.
• Organize content for presentations and proposals in a meaningful way.
• Create visually appealing financial tables, charts, and unique infographics.
• Work with principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop relevant materials.
• Provide general support for marketing and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in graphics/marketing for the A/E/C industry.
• Experience developing print and digital work, preferably in Architecture or related fields.
• Expert level knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite and current design trends.
• Ability to work in a Windows-based computer environment.
• Excellent layout skills and a modern aesthetic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills to clearly organize documents and resources.
