About the position

As Regal's Marketing Graphic Designer (part-time, 16-20hr/week), you will bring creative vision and exceptional design skills to life, shaping how our brand connects with audiences. Based in our NYC office two days a week, you will be key in creating high-quality, on-brand visuals that elevate our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various projects, from digital ads and landing pages to ebooks and slide decks, all while helping evolve and refine Regal's visual identity. You'll own and enhance our brand by working within Regal's visual brand guidelines and pushing the boundaries to deliver impactful designs. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, produce high-quality work on tight deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback will make you successful in the graphic design position. Additionally, your strong suit is an ability to adapt and prioritize effectively by efficiently managing competing demands and balancing input from multiple stakeholders while meeting project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visuals across various formats, including social media graphics, ads and campaigns, digital ads and banners, marketing collateral like ebooks and whitepapers, landing pages and web assets, and sales enablement materials such as slide decks and one-pagers.
  • Collaborate with our VP Marketing to evolve Regal's visual identity and design system.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and executive teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
  • Effectively manage expectations and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within B2B SaaS or a fast-growth environment
  • Skilled in designing across various mediums, from digital ads to print materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Google Slides
  • Familiarity with web design and tools like Webflow or similar platforms is a plus
  • Ability to follow and enhance brand guidelines while bringing creative flair to every project
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience taking feedback constructively and working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
