As a prominent local youth sports organization, we require expert support in graphic design, video capture and editing, and promotional activities for our teams, specifically focusing on web and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating visual content for various marketing materials, including flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website assets. Additionally, the role involves capturing and editing high-quality video content to promote our teams and events, as well as developing and executing promotional strategies across web and social media platforms to enhance team visibility and engagement. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Candidates should have proven experience in graphic design, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video editing projects is essential. The candidate must possess an excellent understanding of current design trends, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines are crucial. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work, along with effective communication and teamwork skills, are also important for success in this role.
