About the position

The Marketing Graphic Designer at Clinical Resolution Laboratory is responsible for creating digital and print-ready graphics that align with brand style guides. This full-time, on-site role requires a blend of creative and technical skills, with a focus on producing high-quality marketing materials efficiently and accurately. The designer will collaborate closely with team members in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design promotional and marketing materials for both print and digital.
• Assist in launching marketing campaigns for digital and print mediums.
• Design product banners, POP sales material, and other product materials.
• Create labels and packaging for company products that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Manage social media posts, stories, videos, and/or advertisements.
• Assist in revision and maintenance of the company's e-commerce website.
• Create, copy, edit, proofread and revise marketing communications.
• Research media coverage and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design is a plus.
• Up to date with industry-leading design software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.).
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
• Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform well in a team environment and work independently when appropriate.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• 5 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer preferred.
