About the position

We are looking for a design-minded, energetic self-starter with the equivalent of a bachelor's degree in marketing communications or a related discipline and at least two years of experience in the architecture and design industry or related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent graphic design skills; and substantial experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator), PowerPoint, Zoho, OpenAsset, and Umbraco. The candidate will also have the curiosity and drive to continually improve processes and the ability to consistently meet deadlines and work efficiently in an organized manner on multiple tasks simultaneously. We are seeking a marketing specialist who will thrive in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing proposals for new projects
• Creating materials for pursuit initiatives and presentations
• Leading our awards submission program
• Managing our digital asset management program (OpenAsset)
• Maintaining identity standards
• Managing production and coordination of print materials and related vendor relationships
• Maintaining our company website
• Assisting with social media content creation and coordination
• Assisting with public relations, sponsorship, and advertising efforts
• Coordinating photography/videography shoots
• Assisting with marketing plan metrics tracking
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or a related discipline
• At least two years of experience in the architecture and design industry or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent graphic design skills
• Substantial experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator)
• Experience with PowerPoint, Zoho, OpenAsset, and Umbraco
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently on multiple tasks simultaneously
