About the position

The Marketing Graphics Coordinator at Merit Commercial Real Estate plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of the company. This position is responsible for creating and editing Pitch Books and Offering Memorandums using Adobe InDesign, as well as fulfilling various general marketing needs as requested by brokers. This includes the creation of Listing Brochures, Maps, and the addition of new listings to the company website, Costar, and Crexi. The coordinator will also be tasked with managing the company's online presence and marketing initiatives, ensuring that all creative content aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies. In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing Graphics Coordinator will oversee the development of creative content for social media platforms, focus articles, and newsletters. They will assist in email marketing campaigns that include company news, real estate listings, and other relevant content. The role also involves procuring and maintaining contact data for various online and traditional marketing campaigns, as well as supporting the marketing manager with daily administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who is dedicated to producing high-quality work and is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and editing Pitch Books and Offering Memorandums in Adobe InDesign
  • Creating general marketing materials as requested by brokers, including Listing Brochures and Maps

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Experience with online advertising, social media, and website content development
  • Working knowledge of various social media platforms for monitoring and advertising
  • Ability to think creatively with attention to detail and work quality
  • Professional appearance and performance
  • Strong communication skills with employees, clients, and legal counsel

  • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, and color

Nice-to-haves
