About the position

The Marketing/Growth Enablement Manager at the University of Pittsburgh is responsible for overseeing a project portfolio that supports the Plan for Pitt and related strategic initiatives. This role focuses on developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, managing marketing enablement strategies, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing enablement strategies including campaigns and content packages that support the Plan of Pitt and other strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate and support the successful implementation and adoption of CRM strategies at the school level.
  • Partner with campus stakeholders to develop relevant and meaningful customer journeys including email campaigns and associated content creation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across campus to create an ecosystem that operates using best marketing and sales enablement practices and processes.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement recommendations to streamline workflows.
  • Identify and monitor key KPIs to measure the success of marketing enablement initiatives and report outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 10 years of related professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing campaigns/customer journeys.
  • Experience working with CRMs and understanding of CRM best practices.
  • Understanding of student recruitment and/or sales funnels.
