About the position

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Growth Manager to join our team. This position is crucial for driving customer growth and retention, ensuring that our stores continue to thrive in a competitive market. As a Marketing and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will play a key role in training and managing employees, setting sales goals, and exploring new revenue opportunities within the store. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall success of Arona Home Essentials, a company with a long-standing reputation for excellence and customer focus. In this role, you will be expected to take an active part in the local community, representing Arona Home Essentials and building relationships that foster brand loyalty. You will also manage expired customer agreements and work closely with your team to ensure that all sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will possess high energy and a proven track record in sales, particularly in retail or restaurant environments. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the growth and retention of customers.
  • Continuously develop, train, and manage employees.
  • Responsible for setting and attaining sales goals.
  • Manage expired customer agreements.
  • Explore and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store.
  • Take a visible role in representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community.

Requirements

  • Must have HIGH ENERGY.
  • Must have a proven track record as a sale closer.
  • Must have 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Bilingual is a PLUS!
  • Must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record).
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy.
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation before beginning employment.
