About the position

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Growth Manager to join our team. Operating over 50 stores across various states, we continue to grow regardless of economic conditions. The Marketing and Growth Manager will play a crucial role in driving customer growth and retention, ensuring that our brand remains a staple in the communities we serve. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will continuously train and manage employees, fostering a high-energy environment that encourages sales success. Setting and attaining sales goals will be a key focus, as well as managing expired customer agreements and exploring profitable revenue opportunities within the store. Your role will also involve representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community, ensuring that our brand is visible and well-regarded. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, particularly in retail or restaurant environments, and will be expected to bring high energy and enthusiasm to the role. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the growth and retention of customers.
  • Continuously develop, train, and manage employees.
  • Responsible for setting and attaining sales goals.
  • Manage expired customer agreements.
  • Explore and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store.
  • Take a visible role in representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community.

Requirements

  • Must have HIGH ENERGY.
  • Must have a proven track record as a sale closer.
  • Must have 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Bi-lingual is a PLUS!
  • Must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record).
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy.
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation before beginning employment.
