About the position

The Marketing Growth Manager will lead the North American business operations with a focus on the U.S. market for a global provider of fashion and lifestyle products. This role involves monitoring commercial performance, conducting market analysis, and advocating for U.S. market needs within the organization. The manager will develop and execute localized campaigns, oversee localization efforts, and establish sales partnerships while building and leading a small regional team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the North American business operations with a focus on the U.S. market.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance and customer-centric metrics to identify key drivers.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences.
  • Provide strategic insights to inform market strategy adjustments.
  • Identify and drive internal improvements related to channel activities and value proposition enhancements.
  • Advocate for U.S. market needs within the organization.
  • Develop and execute localized campaigns and promotional strategies for the U.S. market.
  • Oversee localization efforts for product offerings and digital marketing content.
  • Establish and manage sales partnerships in the U.S. market.
  • Build and lead a small regional team for North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in market-facing roles within B2C e-commerce environments.
  • Experience in management consulting is a plus.
  • Proven success in driving business growth and market expansion, preferably in the U.S. market.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a keen understanding of commercially relevant design trends.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. consumer online shopping behavior.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated.
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
