About the position

Pager Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation strategies and support revenue growth through various marketing channels. This role focuses on creating compelling content, managing marketing automation tools, and optimizing lead generation processes to align with sales goals in a high-growth healthcare technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to create compelling content tailored to target personas and verticals.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to track lead generation and nurturing processes.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Support the development and execution of ABM campaigns, including personalized outreach to high-value target accounts.
  • Test and iterate on campaign messaging and tactics to improve demand generation efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing within healthcare/digital health.
  • Proven success in implementing lead-generation campaigns and developing valuable content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to quality and clarity.
  • Ability to identify and explore creative solutions to new challenges.
  • Proactive problem solver with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analysis.
