About the position

Pager Health is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation strategies for their enterprise/B2B SaaS platform. This role focuses on creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth, while collaborating with various teams to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create compelling content tailored to target personas.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to track lead generation and nurturing processes.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Support the development and execution of ABM campaigns, aligning marketing activities with sales goals.
  • Test and iterate on campaign messaging and tactics to improve demand generation efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing within healthcare/digital health.
  • Proven success in implementing lead-generation campaigns and developing valuable content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify creative solutions to new challenges and collaborate with internal SMEs and customers.
  • Proactive problem solver with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analysis.
