About the position

The Marketing & Growth Team Coordinator at NaviStone plays a crucial role in driving the success of the Growth team, which encompasses Marketing, Sales, and Client Services. This position focuses on executing and optimizing marketing programs to generate pipeline and revenue, providing reporting and administrative support, and managing various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within the marketing field.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns to drive pipeline, including setting up marketing emails and landing pages.
  • Implement marketing strategies to nurture client relationships and drive expansions.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with content writers, graphic designers, and subject-matter experts.
  • Turn successful campaign experiments into repeatable programs.
  • Measure campaign performance and generate data-driven insights for future improvements.
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize NaviStone's CRM, HubSpot, including manual data cleanup and creating workflows for automation.
  • Provide sales enablement and source new leads for the Sales team.
  • Manage and maintain the case study library.
  • Provide administrative support for the Growth team, including internal and client reporting, competitive monitoring, and research projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Marketing, Sales, and/or Client Services functions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with various departments and external vendors.
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in Pivot Tables and V-Lookup being a plus.
  • Experience in HubSpot or other CRM is a plus but not required.
  • Eager to master new marketing tools like HubSpot, 6sense, PowerBI, and Canva.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
