About the position

The Marketing Influencer Associate will support the Marketing team by maintaining the Los Angeles Kings brand standards through engagement with VIP personnel, assisting with gifting, hosting, and merchandising. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in sports marketing, providing opportunities to enhance their knowledge, skills, and networking in the industry. The position requires availability for most LA Kings home games during the 2024-25 season.

Responsibilities

• Attend home games and assist the team with influencer and merchandise needs.
• Manage celebrity and influencer logistics from ingress to egress.
• Assist the Marketing Coordinator with merchandise fulfillment for VIPs and influential guests.
• Collaborate with building security and operations for seamless entry and hosting.
• Facilitate content capture opportunities with Kings Production and Digital.
• Escort VIPs to and from in-game hits and address all other VIP needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (BA/BS Degree Preferred in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or English).
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Passion for sports and live entertainment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Desire to learn more about the sports and entertainment industry.
