About the position

The Marketing Influencer Associate is a part-time seasonal role focused on supporting the Marketing team of the Los Angeles Kings. This position involves maintaining brand standards through engagement with VIPs, assisting with gifting, hosting, and merchandising during home games. It is ideal for individuals starting their careers in sports marketing, providing opportunities to enhance their skills and network within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend home games and be a resource for the team in influencer and merchandise needs.
• Assist with all celebrity and influencer logistics from ingress to egress.
• Assist Marketing Coordinator on all merchandise fulfillment for VIPs and influential guests.
• Partner with building security and operations to create seamless entry, parking, and hosting to and from seats.
• Assist in facilitating content capture opportunities with Kings Production and Digital.
• Escort VIPs to and from in-game hits and all other VIP needs.

Requirements

• Passion for sports and live entertainment.
• Majors in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Desire to learn more about the sports and entertainment industry.
• Availability to work most home games, including nights and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or English focus preferred.
• 1-2 years related work experience.
