About the position

The Marketing/Leasing Ambassador role at Ventron Management involves supporting the community by marketing rental opportunities both online and in-person to increase traffic to the property. This part-time position requires a passion for sales and working with people, as well as flexibility in scheduling to accommodate marketing efforts and resident functions.

Responsibilities

• Create Craigslist accounts for marketing rental opportunities.
• Post 20 Craigslist ads per day.
• Send post confirmations to Marketing Coordinator and Property Manager for nightly tally.
• Assist in managing Lead2Lease at 85% or better.
• Assist the Leasing team with completing Market Surveys and updating LRO pricing.
• Secure at least 3 leases per week.
• Complete and email Marketing Request forms accurately as directed.
• Distribute flyers weekly according to the marketing plan and occupancy goals.
• Complete a marketing calendar and weekly marketing log for the property.
• Increase phone calls/inquiries through marketing efforts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must maintain reliable transportation for marketing purposes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
