Responsibilities

  • Train and manage the leasing staff.
  • Direct the sales efforts of the apartment community.
  • Provide exceptional service to community residents and future residents.
  • Assess the needs of clients and provide beneficial solutions.
  • Take an active role in external marketing and advertising of vacancies.
  • Greet all residents, future residents, and internal team members professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of service while resolving conflicts.
  • Facilitate all aspects of the apartment leasing process.
  • Organize and promote community events and parties.
  • Plan and execute on-site marketing and advertising directives.
  • Mentor and train new leasing consultants.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of leasing/sales experience.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Strong customer service background and skills.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Clean criminal background with no prior evictions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to work weekends on a revolving schedule.
