The Marketing Logistics Coordinator at Rhino-Back Roofing plays a crucial role in supporting field marketing and data-driven initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing logistics for marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing marketing support tasks to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics for field marketing initiatives, including daily Spotio assignments and sign maintenance across territories.
• Maintain and update Daily Metrics Sheets, capturing critical data for retail and restaurant locations.
• Share regular updates and key metrics with team leads to track alignment and progress.
• Manage field marketing print materials, supplies, and resources to ensure the team is equipped for success.
• Supervise solicitation permitting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in designated territories.
• Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for field marketing staff, including system access and training material distribution.
• Provide logistical support to Field Marketing Leads and the Field Marketing Manager for planning and project execution.
• Assist with payroll processing and HR administration to ensure accurate and timely submission of field marketing team information.
• Manage Rhino-Back's Send-Out-Card marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to recipients.
• Support data marketing needs by assisting in data collection, organization, and analysis to guide marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years in logistics, administration, or marketing coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in data entry and analysis.
• Knowledge of tools like Spotio, CRM systems, and project management software is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in marketing (1 year preferred).
